In Her Name: An Invocation
Before all these words begin, I bow to the one who holds them.
Vāgdevī—goddess of speech, silence,
and all that flows between.
She who lives in the breath before the sound,
In the meaning behind the word,
In the fire that becomes mantra,
And the stillness that holds thought like a seed.
This blog begins in your name.
May the words that rise here carry clarity, not confusion.
May they nourish, not inflame.
May they serve truth, not self.
Let this not be a display, but a discipline.
Not a voice to impress, but a vāk to invoke.
ॐ वाग्देव्यै च विद्महे। वाराह्यै च धीमहि। तन्नो देवी प्रचोदयात्॥
